Mr. Echevarria is a highly motivated and experienced executive with 19 years experience in International Business, Real Estate Development, Operations, Manufacturing, Project Management, System Engineering, and Quality Management. He is a successful entrepreneur with a broad background in developing new businesses and ventures in various industries, from telecommunications to commercial/industrial/residential real estate development, data processing services, and retail businesses.

Mr. Echevarria is founder and board member of several small multi-million dollar businesses involved in real estate development, data processing, e-commerce and advertising, including CMS, Inc., Echevarria Industries, Inc., JoMar Realty, LLC, and Millennium Investments II, LLC. Mr. Echevarria was recently Vice President, Business Development for Lucent Technologies, Inc. responsible for sales and program management in North America to Lucent’s largests Service Provider customers, namely, Deutsche Telekom, NTT, Telia, Telefonica, Telecom Italia, France Telecom, British Telecom, C&W and others. He is currently President and CEO of Echevarria Industries, Inc., a real estate development firm with commercial and residential projects in New Jersey. Some of these projects include the conversion of a 25,000 sq. ft. bowling alley to professional office space, redevelopment of commercial and industrial land and buildings to residential units and development of multi-unit apartment complexes. Mr. Echevarria has also managed large scale programs for AT&T Manufacturing and Lucent Technologies in South America, Europe and Asia. He managed the conversion of a multi-story industrial facility in Sao Paulo, Brazil and relocated manufacturing facilities for AT&T Network Systems under a “factory mall” concept. He also managed multiple “mega-projects” ($200 million+) for firms in Mexico, Germany and the U.S.
Mr. Echevarria has a broad educational background with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has completed executive training programs at Emory Business School of Atlanta, GA and INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France. He is also a certified Program Manager by the Stevens Institute of Technology. Mr. Echevarria has delivered speeches on topics ranging from industrial experimentation and production to quality control and improvement at various professional conferences, including the Universidad Pontifica Catolica de Chile in Santiago, Chile; PEMEX’s Petroleum Exploration and Technology Conference in Yucatan, Mexico; Juran Institute of Quality Management in Chicago and the American Society for Quality Control in Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Echevarria is a member of the American Institute of Industrial Engineers and the American Society for Quality Control.
